Teriyaki Chicken

Source - None, I made it up.

Serves - 4 - 6 people, 1 chicken breast per person

Total Time - 20 Minutes + a few hours to marinate the chicken

  • This recipe is so simple that you can almost not fail at it, yet the chicken tastes excellent.

Ingredients

  • 4 - 6 chicken breasts.  1 or 2 per person depending on what else you serve with the chicken..
  • A few cups of  Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce

Preparation

  1. Let the chicken marinate in the Yoshida Sauce for a few hours or so.
  2. Set the oven to broil, and let it warm up.
  3. Place the chicken on a broiling pan, and place in oven.
    • A broiling pan is important so that the fat can drip off the chicken, and so it won't cause a fire while broiling.  You must keep a watch it closely while cooking, because broiling can cause fires easily.
  4. Cook chicken about 10 minutes on each side.  Baste the chicken with the sauce used to marinate every few minutes.
    • I like to turn the chicken over every 5 minutes so that it won't get soggy on either side.
  5. Serve with rice.

My Comments

  • It is impossible to fail at making this dish.  You may want to pour some extra Yoshida's Sauce over the chicken once it is served.  The chicken comes out very juicy and good.
