Real Value Internet Services is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of our service. Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any Real Value Internet Services server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to Real Value Internet Services servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are prohibited. This also includes, but not limited to pirated software, hacker programs/archives, and Warez sites. Real Value Internet Services will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these provisions. Chat Rooms and IRC: We do not allow our clients to install their own chat rooms. This tends to hinder system resources and is not offered as an account option. We do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without degrading the performance of the system for others. Furthermore, we currently DO NOT allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers. Background running programs: Real Value Internet Services does NOT allow programs to run continually in the background. Commercial Advertising - Email: Spamming, the sending of unsolicited email or posts, from ANY server is STRICTLY prohibited. Real Value Internet Services will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Server abuse: Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to any Real Value Internet Services server or customer of Real Value Internet Services is strictly prohibited. -DISCLAIMER- Real Value Internet Services cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Real Value Internet Services are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Real Value Internet Services are not directly owned or written by Real Value Internet Services. Moreover, Real Value Internet Services holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated.
