• Do you offer secure server space for transferring credit card information?

hacker could potentially intercept the information sent from your browser and read it.
However, by using the secure server (SSL), the information is encrypted

• What is a "parked" domain name and how
does it cost?
Parked domains are aliases of other
domains. For example, say we have mary.com parked to your main account at
steve.com. This would mean that anyone who goes to mary.com would automatically go to
steve.com. There is no actual hosting involved with mary.com. Mary.com merely acts as a
nickname to steve.com. Parked domains are available as an option and can be setup for only
a one-time $70 fee. If you already have an account with us, you can activate a parked
domain by going to the Upgrade Center

A CGI-bin is where you would store CGI
scripts. These "scripts" are used to generate online order forms, guestbooks,

• What are autoresponders/infobots and how
many do I get?
You can set up autoresponders to automatically
respond to incoming email. For example, if you had an order form which your customers
email to you, you can set up an autoresponder to email the customer a confirmation
message. They're also known as Infobots. There are many other uses for
autoresponders/infobots, such as giving information to people who don't have access to the
Internet but still have an email account such as Juno.
An unlimited amount of autoresponders can be created with each web hosting account! There

• What are email aliases and how many can I use?
Email aliases are email addresses that you
make up. Any mail sent to these "aliases" would automatically be forwarded to
your existing POP email account or redirected to another third party POP account.

and activate your domain as you normally would and enter yourname.realvalue.net
within the domain name field. Sub-domain accounts have the same exact features as
standard accounts and will be billed at the same monthly rate.
The only difference between sub-domain accounts and regular www.yourdomain.com accounts is
that no InterNIC fees apply! If you already have a domain name hosted
with us, you can apply for subdomain.yourdomain.com.
